2. Platform Usage

GeoAsk connects users with experts across various fields such as healthcare, law, education, sports, and astrology. Customers can book consultations via video, phone, or in-person. Experts are responsible for setting their availability and managing appointments through their profiles.

3. Account Creation

To use GeoAsk as a customer or expert, you must create an account by providing accurate information. Customers must verify their bookings, and experts must ensure their profiles are up-to-date.

4. Payments and Fees

Experts set their consultation fees, which customers must pay prior to scheduling. Payments for services will be handled through the platform, and GeoAsk may charge a transaction fee for processing payments. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

• **For Customers**: You can cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the consultation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• **For Experts**: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must inform the customer at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a penalty or loss of the booking fee, depending on the situation.

6. User Conduct

Users of GeoAsk must refrain from any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities on the platform. Customers and experts are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment during consultations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. By using GeoAsk, you agree to our privacy policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We will never share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.

GeoAsk reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these changes.
